    The editor deliberately remains anonymous. The book is meant to speak for itself; every source is named in the text and can be checked — approved apparitions, disputed texts, and unofficial reports are expressly kept apart.

    Yes — unaltered and free of charge, in any form: as a file, as a link, as a printout. That is exactly what it was made for.

  • Can I get a printed edition?

    There is no printed edition at present. The PDF is expressly released for you to print yourself, and any copy shop or online print service can bind it for you.
